Massage Policies
It is our intention to provide our guest with a professional and therapeutic massage. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular massage clients of Moonlight Therapies LLC.
We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
**If you have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, skin rash, etc., anything contagious, please reschedule your appointment.**
CARD ON FILE
To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit or debit card to be placed on file. It is your responsibility to keep us updated on changes and expiration dates. Moonlight Therapies will only charge your card on file for cancellations purposes and no-shows. We may also run your card to pay for your appointments. Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our polices.
ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE
Please arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out appropriate client forms. All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and non-rushed experience.
CANCELLATIONS
Please provide at least a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a late cancel charge of the FULL service time. The calculation of this fee will be based on the regular rate of the service scheduled, regardless of any discounts that would have been applied. In consideration of everyone’s valuable time, clients who no show will result in a FULL charge of the missed appointment an will NOT be able to book until their outstanding balance is is met.
LATE ARRIVAL
If late arrival is inevitable, your massage will be shortened, and we apologize for any inconvenience for not receiving full time. The original appointment will be charged.
